SA-61 is a suspension aid for preparing lightweight slurries from all types of oil well cement. It may also be used as an accelerator.
Cementing Additives
Suspension Additives
SA-62 is a polymeric additive designed to help control free water and to suspend solids in cement slurries, particularly at higher temperatures where metasilicate products are difficult to retard. SA-62 also gives some fluid loss control in most applications
HTSA-63 is a heat activated temperature above 210ºF suspension and free water control additive formulated to suspend solids in high temperature slurry designs. HTSA-63 will counteract thermal thinning effects and prevent settling/separation. HTSA-63 does not affect surface mixability.
MTSA-64 is a unique temperature activated anti- settling additive that can be used at temperatures from 120°F to 300°F+. MTSA-64 does not viscosify at surface temperatures as traditional anti-settling additives often do but instead begins to thicken at 120°F.
