HTFL-20 is a fluid loss additive and retarder for use in the 140°-300°F temperature range. It is effective in all API classes of cement, and is compatible with salt up to 18% by weight of water.
Cementing Additives
Fluid Loss Control
HTFL-21 is a powdered fluid loss additive with effective performance up to 400°F. It is effective in all API classes of cement, and is compatible with salt up to saturation.
MTFL-22 is a blend of a cellulose derivatives used to control fluid loss from cement. It is a powder which is typically dry blended with cement. It provides moderate filtrate control at BHCT less than 210°F (99°C).
LTFL-23 is a blend of polymeric fluid-loss additive designed for use at low temperatures. LTFL-23 disperses strongly the cement slurry.
SFL-24 is a non-retarding fluid loss additive with particular application in lightweight slurries.
WFL-25 is a synthetic copolymer used to control filtrate loss in low to high temperature applications, 70°F to 400°F (21°C to 204°C). Because the polymer is thermally stable at high temperatures, the loading of WFL-25 does not to be increased while the temperature increase between the temperature range of use. It is suited for lightweight and standard slurries
WFL-26 is a fluid loss additive with wide utility in the 70°-300°F temperature range. It is effective in all API classes of cement, and is compatible with salt up to saturation.
WFL-26L is a fluid loss additive with wide utility in the 140°-300°F temperature range. It is effective in all API classes of cement, and is compatible with salt up to saturation.
LDFL-27 is a blend of cellulose derivatives used to control filtrate loss in lightweight cement slurries at temperature up to 210°F. At low temperature, LDFL-27 is a moderate retarder. Also, provides free water control.
GMA-30 is a powdered additive which provides control of gas migration after cementing through two mechanisms: fluid loss control and increased cement fluidity
GMA-31 is a powdered additive that functions both for fluid-loss control and as a cement fluidity modifier to aid in the prevention of gas migration after cementing. It is effective at circulating temperatures from 60°F to at least 300°F.
GMA-32 is a synthetic polymer used to help prevent gas migration at 60°F to 240°F (16°C to 116°C). It delays the static gel strength of the cement and controls the fluid loss of a cement slurry.
GMA-34L is a liquid latex styrene/butadiene co-polymer that imparts excellent gas migration control, fluid-loss control, high-temperature suspension properties and acid resistance to cement slurries. It must be used with a stabilizer S-34L at temperature above 200°F. GMA-34L improves some mechanical properties on the cement set.
